Unworn garments with original tags intact may be submitted for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Final-sale and custom capsule pieces are not eligible.
// PROCESS
Initiate a return request via hello@tavclo.com with your order reference. Once authorized, ship the piece back using the prepaid label provided. Inspections complete within 5 business days of arrival.
// EXCHANGES
Size or colorway exchanges are subject to live inventory. If the requested variant has been archived, store credit will be issued in full.
// REFUNDS
Approved refunds are released to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees on the original order remain non-refundable.
