Welcome to TAV LABS. This website, located at tavlabs.co (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Tav Apparel Co. LLC (doing business as "TAV LABS"). Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tav Apparel Co. LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
SECTION 1 — GOVERNING ENTITY & BRAND RELATIONSHIP
TAV LABS is a commercial brand, design concept, and storefront fully owned, operated, and legally backed by Tav Apparel Co. LLC, a registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Tennessee. All commercial transactions, order fulfillments, liabilities, and corporate operations executed through TAV LABS are legally handled under the corporate identity of Tav Apparel Co. LLC.
SECTION 2 — ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS, PRICING, & DESIGN CAMPAIGNS
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any apparel design, collection (including the Iron & Altar series), or product drop at any time.
SECTION 4 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 5 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, typography, and apparel designs, is the exclusive property of Tav Apparel Co. LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
SECTION 6 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
